We are a non-profit organization based in Virginia Beach, VA dedicated to educating the community about sustainable agriculture and promoting composting as well as making high quality compost for sale. By partnering with local schools, farmers, houses of worship, and residents, we work to build a more sustainable green waste management system. Too much food goes to waste, and our soils are suffering but composting offers a simple, powerful solution to both problems.

Our "Drishti" (a Sanskrit word meaning an intentional focus) is to make long-term changes in the green waste industry. Green waste means organic, or compostable products. Composting is a beautiful process in which food waste is not wasted; but instead recycled and reused to grow healthier food. By composting food scraps instead of sending them to landfills, we make nutrient-packed compost that enriches the soil for growing new crops. This approach minimizes waste, reduces environmental impact, and fosters the regeneration of a healthier eco-system. Better soil means healthier food, and healthier food means healthier humans.
